APPRENTICES

LEC each year recruits young people between the ages of 16 and 19 to join its modern apprenticeship programme.

Modern Apprenticeships are an employment and training initiative that offers you paid employment whilst also undertaking formal training

  in a chosen career route.

Training is provided at local or regional colleges through the JTL scheme.

The LEC modern apprenticeship offers full employment, that means you will be paid the rate for the job and also enjoy the same benefits

  as other company employees.
